Welcome to Houston Weight & Wellness Center! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
By accessing this website and/or engaging our services, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Houston Weight & Wellness Center if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Service Description
Houston Weight & Wellness Center offers GLP-1 injections, traditional weight loss programs, body contouring treatments and pain-management services. Our services include:
● Semaglutide
● Tirzepatide
●B-12 Injections
● New Wave Healthcare Program
●Soft Wave Tissue Regeneration Tech/ Pain Management
●Ultimate Body Contour
●Red Light Therapy
●Vibration Plate Sessions
2. Payments are made in full, bi-weekly or on a monthly basis either to the clinic directly or through one of our third-party financings. Late payments will delay/cancel your services until brought to current. Our preferred payment method is through Stripe direct debit. We also accept cash, HSA and Care Credit.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Termination:
Houston Weight & Wellness Center does not accept the return or refund of:

Services provided or performed; including but not limited to physician visits and weight loss analysis.

Products or services not purchased directly from Houston Weight & Wellness Center; Houston Weight & Wellness Center reserves the right to destroy non- Houston Weight & Wellness Center products shipped as a returned product and to charge the patient for the cost incurred to process and destroy the non- Houston Weight & Wellness Center product.

Prescription medications, including but not limited to any prescription written by a licensed physician.

Damaged products, including but not limited to missing or damaged labels, repackaged product, opened product, and product otherwise not in its original form.

Mishandled products, due to patient's improper handling or storage of the products.

If the patient chooses to discontinue participation in the monthly subscription service to receive medication, the patient must inform Houston Weight & Wellness Center, in writing, at least 21 days prior to the charge date for the next shipment. Failure to do so will result in the charge being completed, and no refund will be issued.

Houston Weight & Wellness Center takes patient care very seriously, and our clinics strive to provide the highest quality care to every individual. In the event the patient is not satisfied, we ask he please refer to this document rather than initiating a chargeback with his or her credit card company. If a chargeback is initiated, Houston Weight & Wellness Center will use all documentation available to refute the chargeback including patient acknowledgment of the refund policy.
4. Data Collection and Privacy Weare committed to protecting your privacy. A separate Privacy Policy is available on our website.
5. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Harri County. Texas law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The decision of the arbitration will be legally binding. Either party may take no other method of legal action.
6. All termination conditions are subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
